Once your appointment is scheduled, we will send a confirmation email requesting additional information.
If this is the first time speaking with a particular pet, we will need the animal’s photo.
Photos should include only one animal, with no other animals or people. The animal’s eyes should be open, looking in to the camera.
If you have multiple pets in your household, it’s helpful to include photos of all your animals, even if you are focusing on just one. Sometimes siblings will spill the tea!
If your animal has recently passed, please wait at least two months before scheduling to allow them time to fully transition.
