Consults are conducted by phone, by appointment only.
Fees
1 hour: $165
For new or returning clients
Typically allows for 1-4 animals
1/2 hour: $135
For returning clients only
Typically allows for 1-2 animals
Urgent Needs
Dr. Easton has limited availability for urgent appointments for existing clients only. Please contact us for availability.
There is an additional fee of $75 for appointments made with less than 72 hours’ notice.
Please note that Dr. Easton does not do consultations for lost animals, and a consultation is not an appropriate substitute for in-person veterinary care.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB, and CUP. A card is required to make an appointment, but it will not be charged until after your session.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged in full, unless the cancellation is due to an emergency.
Refund Policy
If within the first ten minutes of the consult, you do not feel as though Dr. Easton has connected with your animal, you may elect to end the appointment without being charged.
